This is exactly the type of “semantic nonsense” I referenced in my original comment. It is sophistry. It is thought control. Scripture describes God’s goodness over and over again in very specific ways. Yes, his goodness sometimes clashes with modern definitions of goodness. But it is impossible to logically bridge the gap between the concept of the reprobate and God being good even when thinking about it in terms of God’s goodness described in Scripture. The absolute best way to deal with this discrepancy is to punt to mystery. At least that’s somewhat logical.
